We aim to dispatch all oiled + varnished pallet board orders within 5 working days. Once delivery has been booked we will send an email to confirm tracking details.

We recommend ordering 10% extra for wastage and cuts, just like any other building project.

Cutting Service – If you need boards cutting to a specific length we can offer this. Please contact us before placing your order to verify costings. We usually charge 50p + VAT per pallet board

If you have ordered previously and are ordering to finish a project we need to know what width of boards you received to be able to match your timber.

Site Visit : If you would like to come and select your own pallet wood cladding please get in touch to organise an appointment. Our Workshop + Warehouse is in the Peak District: SK17 9 . We are relatively flexible and can meet you by appointment at any time.

At Rustic Cladding UK Ltd we strip all the pallet boards ourselves using various methods. Using pallets sourced locally we can vouch for the source of all our reclaimed pallet wood, ensuring all the timber is as safe as possible.

We are the UK’s largest supplier of new and reclaimed pallet wood to public and trade. We have thousands of boards in stock at any one tune and can accomodate most custom requests. Any questions please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

We specifically + carefully select our pallet wood. We do NOT use the commonly used Europals (ePals), this is because ePals have had an extremely long and undocumented life. Internal + External tests have shown a large percentage contain toxic carcinogenic chemicals.
